Payment Terms
Subscription Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- Prices are subject to change with notice provided before your next billing cycle
Refunds
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days of initial purchase
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods after the 14-day period
Intellectual Property
All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, code examples, and supplementary materials, is the exclusive property of AI Coding Guild or its content creators.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view content for personal, non-commercial use
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content
- Code examples provided in courses may be used in your own projects unless otherwise specified
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Coding Guild and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses
- Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- Access to paid content ends when the current period expires
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, including but not limited to content redistribution, abusive behavior, or fraudulent activity. We will provide notice where practicable.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in court.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Coding Guild, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make significant changes:

- Changes will take effect 30 days after notification unless otherwise stated
